Alisher Usmanov replaces Roman Abramovich

Alisher Usmanov, the founder of Metalloinvest, replaced Roman Abramovich in ranking of Russian billionaires published by Finance magazine, Vesti.ru reported. Usmanov is the third in the list with $19.9 bn capital.

The first is Vladimir Lisin with $28.3 bn followed by Mikhail Prokhorov ($22.7 bn). 

Roman Abramovich’s capital made 17.1 billion dollars though his rank is two positions below the previous.
