“War is not a solution to the conflict. All ways except for peaceful resolution to the conflict should be ruled out, Polish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhal Labenda told reporters on February 19.
The diplomat stressed that Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is far from being “frozen”, 1news.az reports.
“I hope the historical justice will be restored due to efforts of Armenia and Azerbaijan, international community and OSCE Minsk Group,” Labenda emphasized.
