YEREVAN. - Five cases of illegal distribution of pornographic materials were registered in 2010 in Armenia against ten cases in 2009.

According to department on struggle with information crimes, one case of slander, illegal commercial activities, and misappropriation of information, two cased of fraud and ten cases of expansion of pornographic materials were registered in 2009.

In 2010, cases of illegal distribution of pornographic materials were halved. However, cases of creation, use or distribution of malicious programs have increased to four. 

In the first quarter of 2011 one case of fraud and misappropriation of information was registered.
