YEREVAN. - The Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia held the first meeting of the interdepartmental commission for preparations of forthcoming 2nd CIS Teachers’ Congress, to be held in Yerevan in 2012.

Armenia’s Minister of Science and Education Armen Ashotyan noted that the event will give new opportunities for the development of interstate cooperation in the area of education and exchange of innovative approaches, as well as modernization, strengthening ties between the member-states, the press service of Armenian Education Ministry informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
