YEREVAN. - Backroom dialogue between authorities and opposition ANC runs for already three months, resulting in release of convicts in March 1, 2008 case, permission to hold rallies on Libery square and stirring up of the investigative process in March 1 case, said expert Yervan Bozoyan to Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent.

“In this respect ANC tries to persuade the society that there has been no dialogue with the authorities so far and it is just about to begin,” added the expert

He recommended considering the process in the framework of upcoming elections. Deputy Director of Caucasus Institute Sergey Minasyan noted that any political process is a bargain.

“Given our case, both authorities and opposition bargain for maximum, that’s why the process keeps dragging on” said Minasyan.
