Grandson of famous Soviet Armenian statesman refused to buy a huge port in Russia’s Far East.

Ivan Mikoyan won the auction of Vanino port this May. Businessman promised to buy the port at the price of 10.8 billion rubles, Russian Kommersant newspaper writes. However, later he refused to sign the deal saying “it is not worth it”.

Vanino is Russia’s second largest coal port on the Pacific.
