YEREVAN. – Optimism of OSCE Minsk group co-chairs on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution concerning the necessity to reach an agreement on Basic Principles for Karabakh conflict resolution is not reasonable on the bases of unconstructive position of Azerbaijan, head of parliament commission on European integration issues Naira Zourabyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“OSCE Minsk group co-chairs should work with Baku even more to harmonize positions and guarantee progress in negotiations. Otherwise one should not expect a breakthrough in negotiations,” Zourabyan said and added that Baku broke the negotiations on Basic Principles in Kazan concerning Karabakh conflict resolution.
