Video featuring Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin recently appeared on the net.

"United Russia" has aired a movie very similar to the pre-election video, reports RBC. The video is around 2 minutes long, featuring off-screen voice of Putin speaking about the importance of sport, healthcare and other spheres. Slogans like “Real deeds - our strength", “We are building new Russia, Vladimir Putin" follow each other in the slideshow. The video appeared on YouTube on July 31.

Simultaneously, the official channel of United Russia party, erru2011, posted a video entitled "We are building new Russia, Vladimir Putin”.

Earlier Armenian News - NEWS.am citing Reuters reported that Prime Minister Putin is already close to make a decision on his participation in presidential elections. However, so far, neither Vladimir Putin nor Russian incumbent President Medvedev officially announced their participation in the presidential campaign of 2012.
