Days of Armenian culture will be held in Iran this September, said Armenian Ambassador to Iran Grigor Arakelyan at the meeting with the head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization Mohammad Khoramshad.

The diplomat aslo stressed that number of cultural events dedicated to Armenian-Iranian friendship will be held in the Armenian city of Meghri. The events will be held on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence.

The Iranian official assured the organization will do its utmost to strengthen and develop historical and cultural relations between the states.
