Google’s new service - Google Voice puts Nagorno-Karabakh as a part of Armenia.

On Google Voice: Calling Rates page there is an “Armenia-Nagorno-Karabakh” inscription after the name of the country.  

Interestingly, mobile call to Armenia costs $0.21, while calls to Karabakh cost $0.15.

“The listed rates do not include taxes and may change at any time,” Google says.
