STEPANAKERT.- Only civilians are involved in construction of airport in Stepanakert, capital of Nagorno-Karabakh.

The Karabakh Defense Army dismissed press reports saying solders are involved in construction works.

“The NKR airport is a civilian building and all the construction works are carried out by civilians, not soldiers of the Defense Army,” the statement says.
