MOSCOW . – Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will control the social networking websites to prevent the repetition of mass unrests which sparked in Tunisia and Egypt, CSTO source told Izvestiya.

According to the source, the issue of censorship is out of the question. However, skilled experts are dealing with the issue.

“Nowadays an infrastructure exists, which may destabilize the situation even in a safe state. Mobile phones, social networks may be used for this purpose, including even NGOs, if necessary,” the source stated.

Founded in 1992, CSTO features Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kirgizstan.
