YEREVAN. - Struggle against change of power in Armenia is not only the task of the Armenian National Congress (ANC), coordinator of ANC Levon Zurabyan said speaking at the opposition rally in Yerevan.
He recalled the main goals of the opposition are freedom of assembly and snap elections.
“The economic situation in the country leads to its irreversible decline. Lack of competition and equal opportunities for everyone prevents our people from working and creating something,” he said.
The only guarantee of success, he says, is nation-wide democratic movement that will unite all “healthy forces” of our society.
“Today we have a historic opportunity to take this step. This is not a mere struggle of the Armenian National Congress. We urge all the citizens, who probably do not share the ideas of ANC but are unhappy with the current situation, to join us. Call your friends, urge them to join us here.
