YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan received on Saturday world famous singer Charles Aznavour. Aznavour’s producer Levon Sayan and French art workers were also present at the meeting.

They discussed the recent mutual visits of the Armenian and French Presidents, which testifies to the century long relationship and will give a new impetus for strengthening and development of relations between the two states, presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Levon Sayan was awarded for his contribution to strengthening and development of Armenian-French relations, while the French artists were awarded medals on the occasion of Armenia’s 20th years of independence anniversary.
