YEREVAN.- Territorial integrity cannot be opposed to nation’s right to self-determination, said Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan.

Talking to the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent, he was asked to comment on recent statement by Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev saying territorial integrity of Azerbaijan is not subject to talks.

“Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity cannot be a topic for Karabakh talks, as according to the fundamental norms of the international law, including the UN Charter, territorial integrity cannot be opposed to the nation’s right to self-determination,” he said.
