YEREVAN. – In Armenia budget incensement sources are numerous and vivid, oppositional Heritage party MP Larisa Alaverdyan said on Tuesday at the Parliament.

“Heritage group presents law initiatives and proposals for years. Their adoption will lead to a formation of such a budget, which will promote eradication of the oligarchic system and establishment of human centered civil system,” the MP stated.

According to her, the oligarchic system blossoms because state government fully supports it. It enriches the group of people making less than 1% richer on behalf of 99% poor people.
