MOSCOW. - Pre-election emotions are getting high in Russia. The ruling United Russia party presented a pre-election video clip which could be recognized as “the world’s most sexual pre-election video” if such a category were created one day.

A young girl comes to an election district, takes a ballot. Then she meets a young man whom she likes and because there is not any separate place except for the polling station, they get in there and also vote there. It is essential that they put the ballots in the polling box together. Many comments have been made on the video clip already because it preaches violation of the election law. According to the law only one person can enter the polling-booth at a time, only one person can approach the polling-box and only one ballot can be dropped in the polling-box at a time.

It is unclear what exactly the video clip preaches. The Western media appreciate the humor of the Russians but also mention that there is evident law violation in the video clip.

Parliamentary elections will take place in Russia on December 4.
