YEREVAN. - Indicators of State Budget for 2012 leave no room for ambiguity around promises of the Government, said MP from ARF Dashnaktsutyun Artsvik Minasyan in his speech to the Parliament.

According to medium-term expenditure program of the Armenian government for 2009 - 2011, in 2011 spending on social protection was to make AMD 331 billion, on education – AMD 169 billion, health - AMD 102 billion. In these sectors will get AMD 304, 108 and 64 billion respectively.

"The average amount of family benefits was to grow up to AMD 34 thousand but in 2012 it will reach only AMD 29,5 thousand. Meanwhile you seem to be happy with AMD 2,5 thousand increase," said Minasyan. "Those public servants who dare to remind the government of its promises are promptly dismissed. If this is the essence of your promise, believe me, you are a mere obstacle for building a civil society. This attitude of yours set the whole Armenian nation against you," stated the MP.
