YEREVAN. – With the 2012 State Budget they will collect 101 billion drams (US$ 260,942,370), from which the very rich will pay only a small portion, and the main burden will fall upon small and medium business, former PM and opposition Armenian National Congress member Hrant Bagratyan stated during a press conference, on Thursday.
In his words, the greatest share in these 101 billion drams is the inflation, that is, this burden will fall upon the Armenian consumer.
Hrant Bagratyan also recalled that, during his pre-election campaign President Serzh Sargsyan was pledging a $6-billion GDP, but this is $3 billion, now.
