STEPANAKERT. – While carrying out his military duties in a Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army unit, conscript Mihran Margaryan, 19, died as a result of a bullet fired by the adversary. 

This next fatal incident, which occurred at the frontlines, again comes to prove that the Azerbaijani side not only does not respect international peacekeeping efforts, but it also takes deliberate steps toward deepening regional tension. And this circumstance compels the Karabakh side to be tougher and equivalent in response, in its future actions, NKR Defense Army Media and Propaganda Department informed.
