Texas State judge was fired after his own daughter published on YouTube a video compromising her father. The video shot seven years ago shows the father strapping his daughter with a belt.

51-year-old William Adams was dismissed upon the decision of commission that oversees judicial ethics in Texas. The scandalous record made in 2004 was put online on October 27, 2011.

Daughter Hillary Adams ventured into exposing the judge in severe treatment of family members, after her spine was damaged in a regular beating.

U.S. Prosecutor's Office studied the tape and did not find enough reasons for bringing the judge to criminal liability, reports NEWSru.com with a reference on American newspapers.

According to Hillary Adams, she was longtime afraid to publish the tape for the fear of new beatings. Nevertheless, her motivation was the need for sympathy from Web users rather than revenge.

Her father believes his daughter avenged him after he took away her Mercedes car.
