As MEDdaily informs those people who use B4 did better on memory tests. Eggs, chicken, marine fish and legumes contain that important vitamin.

Scientists recommend men to consume 550 milligrams of the vitamin daily, women to consume 425 milligrams, The Daily Mail informs.
