YEREVAN. – After the Armenian state budget’s voting on Thursday, PM Tigran Sargsyan, accompanied with the MPs, went up to the ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia’s National Assembly (NA) faction, perhaps to thank for passing the budget, albeit with the most minimum number of votes, Hraparak daily writes.

“While the PM was at the faction, an NA employee was restlessly walking back and forth, saying they did not bring it. Fifteen minutes later it became apparent that they were bringing the long-awaited brandy to drink for passing the budget. Afterwards the PM, together with his entourage, went up to the room of the newly appointed NA Speaker, Samvel Nikoyan,” Hraparak writes.
