YEREVAN. – Armenia has first Regional Mobile Application Laboratory for Eastern Europe, South Caucasus, and Central Asia (mLabECA), CEO Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) Bagrat Yengibaryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

МLabECA has already elaborated several programs, one of them refers to agriculture. Farmers can find information on market, products, weather through their mobile phones.

Moreover, the program is available for common phones, as opposed to smart phones only.
