YEREVAN. – Armenian Minister of Nature Protection Aram Harutyunyan on Friday met with Vice President and head of Iran’s Environment Protection Organization Mohammad-Javad Mohammadi-Zadeh and offered to develop projects on joint monitoring and cleaning of the waters of the River Araks.
The sides also discussed issues on establishing a joint cross border national park, seeking alternative energy sources and implementation of the projects, the Ministry’s press service informs Armenian News-NEWs.am.
