MOSCOW. – Turkish FM Ahmet Davutoglu will visit Moscow, Russia, on Wednesday.

It is expected that Russia and Turkey will set up a joint investment bank. It will allow solving the lack of finance in joint projects, as well as make contribution to the joint projects with other states, Today’s Zaman reports.

Davutoglu also will meet with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov. During the meeting the sides will discuss the situation in the Middle East (the nuclear program of Iran, developments in Syria), the Balkan, Central Asia and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The Ministers will discuss the cooperation on energy within the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC). The sides are expected to sign joint documents.
