STEPANAKERT. – An Azerbaijani citizen was caught at 3.25 p.m. on Tuesday trying to cross the contact line between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijani Armed Forces.

The soldier was in a uniform of Azerbaijani Armed Forces, without any distinguishing signs and had a military ID with the name of Akhundzade Mamedbagra Talib-oglu, born in 1990, Karabakh State Commission on POWs, Hostages and Missing Persons informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Responsible bodies clarify the incident. Besides, Karabakh authorities have informed of the incident the OSCE Office and the International Committee of the Red Cross accredited in Stepanakert.
