TBILISI. – In 2011, the volume of import from Armenia constituted US$ 59 million, Georgian National Statistical Bureau’s bulletin reports.  

Also in line with this communiqué, Georgia’s export to Armenia is 3.8 times more: $223 million. After Turkey and Azerbaijan, Armenia is Georgia’s third largest trade partner. And according to the 2011 results, Georgia’s most positive net trade profit was recorded with Armenia.     

Armenia primarily exports glass, glass containers, plastic products, tea, and coffee to Georgia, and imports citrus, wine, lemonade, fertilizer, and ferrous metals.
