Russia’s First Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov arrives on a visit to Armenia on Monday to discuss the issues related to economic cooperation with Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.  

The focus of the talks is further expansion of Russian-Armenian trade and investment cooperation, RIA Novosti reports.

Viktor Zubkov will meet with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.

As a result of the visit, the sides will sign a concept of program on long-term economic cooperation between Russia and Armenia until 2020.

Russia is Armenia’s leading foreign economic partner with trade turnover reaching $876.7 million in Jan.-Nov. 2011.
