YEREVAN. – Armenian ruling coalition member Orinats Yerkir party MP Hovhannes Margaryan called his party ‘a home’ at parliamentary briefings. Margaryan said his future depends on the party and he will not betray the leader of the party Arthur Baghdasarayn.

Regarding the parliamentary elections held five years ago, the MP said he spent not even a coin for his seat.

“I was the 28th in the party list, however, 12 people rejected their mandate and I became an MP. I am a soldier regardless I am an MP or not,” he said in response to the rumors that Baghdasaryan has offered him a ‘mute’ position in the party list and advised to ballot on one-mandate constituency instead.
