The next Candidates Tournament is scheduled for Oct. 23-Nov.13 this year in London, FIDE President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov told Russian Sport-Express.

The full World Championship cycle list for 2013-2014 includes Magnus Carlsen (Norway), Levon Aronian (Armenia), Vladimir Kramnik (Russia), Peter Svidler (Russia), Alexander Grischuk (Russia), Vasily Ivanchuk (Ukraine), Teymur Radjabov (Azerbaijan), and either Boris Gelfand (Isreael) or  Viswanathan Anand (India). The World Chess Championship 2012 match will be held between Anand and Gelfand this May, the one who will lose will join the list. 

The organizer of the tournament will be an American businessman Andrew Polson’s Agon company, to which FIDE conveys all the rights to hold the next world championship cycle among men.
