VANADZOR. - Helsinki Citizen’s Assembly office in Vanadzor invites active youths to work as observers during the upcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia.

As HCA Vanadzor office informs Armenian News-NEWS.am, they will organize the training for those citizens. The candidates must not belong to any parties and ideal candidates should have any experience in elections.
