APARAN. – Gyulnara Faroyan, 20, the pregnant woman, whom Armenia’s rescuers transferred to Aparan city Medical Center on Tuesday, has not yet delivered. The Center’s director Hayk Shmavonyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am that the woman’s life is not in danger, but the fetus has problems and is insufficiently developed.

In Shmavonyan’s words, it is not yet clear whether they will keep the fetus, or administer an artificial abortion. The final diagnosis will be made on Wednesday.      

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, a distress call was received, at 2:56 p.m. on Tuesday, informing that a tractor was stuck in snow, in Aragatsotn Region, and it had three passengers one of which was in serious health condition.

As the Emergency Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am, this information was reported to the regional Emergency Service, and one unit was dispatched to the scene at 3:11 p.m. As it came out, one of the passengers—Gyulnara Faroyan, 20—was pregnant and needed to be taken to a maternity hospital. She was taken to Aparan city Medical Center.
