YEREVAN. – Developed court of commercial arbitration will promote improvement of Armenia’s business environment, Armenian Deputy Minister of Justice Aram Orbelyan told the journalists on Wednesday.

Though Armenia has the Court of Arbitration since 2007, it does not function fully, besides, it is operating at the Chamber of Commerce.

According to Orbelyan, commercial arbitration is more effective to solve business-disputes, meantime it cannot fully replace the court.

Development of commercial arbitrary is implemented with the EU support.
