YEREVAN. – Over 7.1% increase in crimes was registered in Armenia last year. Over 16,572 cases were registered as compared to 15,477 in 2010, Armenia’s Deputy Attorney General Mnatsakan Sargsyan said on Friday.

Crimes were committed by 182 underage, 679 women, 68 foreigners and 100 people who were previously convicted.
