STEPANAKERT.- President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited on Monday filter station N1 in the capital Stepanakert.

The President noted the significance of the filter station for the capital and gave instructions to the heads of the structures for proper implementation of construction.

Thereafter President Sahakyan visited the territory of newly forming geology research station that will become a central zone for the deployment of field staff and transport means after the realization of appropriate construction activities.

Bako Sahakyan got acquainted with the plan of the station as well as the capacities of the machine equipped with necessary conditions for the geologists in the mountains.

President Sahakyan mentioned that mining industry is among the significant branches of the Republic’s economy and its development is of paramount importance for the republic.
