BAKU. – The solution of the Karabakh problem is not an easy process, Russian Federation Council Chairwoman Valentina Matviyenko said during a briefing, APA News Agency of Azerbaijan reports.
“The OSCE, UN, and Russia, which deal with the conflict, will continue to exert efforts toward settling the Nagorno-Karabakh issue,” she said.
And reflecting on the Russian-Azerbaijani relations, Matviyenko stated that friendly relations are established between the two countries.
“These ties exist not only in bilateral relations, but also within CIS circles. [And] They will continue from now on as well,” the Russian Federation Council Chairwoman noted.
