YEREVAN. – There is an Armenian woman among the fatalities of the terrorist act that that occurred in the Christian section of Aleppo, Syria, MFA Press Secretary Tigran Balayan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
In his words, the Armenian Consulate General in Aleppo confirmed this report. And the Armenian woman, who was killed as a result of a car blast in the city’s densely-Armenian-populated Sulaymaniyah District, is named Araxie Bedrossian.
The explosion killed three and injured at least 25 people. So far, no one has claimed responsibility for this act of terrorism.
