YEREVAN. – Armenia’s former PM Hrant Bagratyan declares that the open letter sent through his e-mail is not written by him and it is false.

Currently, Bagratyan is in Kiev but he rejects officially on his Facebook page having written the letter.

“I cannot say who was able to break my e-mail and send a letter on my behalf. I can suspect authorities, unless they make an official statement that they have no relation to the letter,” Bagratyan told A1+ and appealed through the agency to the Prosecutor’s Office to clarify the real author of the letter.
