YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Police received a call, on Saturday morning, informing that an explosive material was placed near a residential building in capital Yerevan’s Arabkir Administrative Region.   

Law enforcement officers, Emergency Situations Ministry personnel, and ambulances were dispatched to the scene.  

But this was a false alarm, the Police just informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

The local residents, however, were already frightened and, finding themselves in a standby mode during that time, had left the area.
