YEREVAN. – Orinats Yerkir Party respects Prosperous Armenia Party’s (PAP) decision and values the work done within previous coalition, the party’s spokesperson Harutyun Amiryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

He rejected rumors circulated in social networks and media outlets that Orinats Yerkir is glad that PAP had withdrawn from the coalition.

“The reports are untrue. We do have votes and can form authority based on them,” he said adding that the issue of getting additional portfolios has not been discussed.

As the agency has informed earlier, the PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan had released a statement that the PAP considers it inexpedient to take part in the formation of a coalition government in the country.
