STEPANAKERT. - Nagorno-Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on Wednesday prolonging spring draft and demobilization of servicemen.

Under the decree, 1 and 2 points of the Presidential decree “On carrying out the spring draft and demobilization of servicemen in 2012” phrase “May-June” is replaced with “May-July,” presidential press service informs Armenian news-NEWS.am.
