YEREVAN. – If previously judicial reforms included court formation, settling acquisition of judicial books issue, current reforms will solve the issues which ban the state mechanisms to work more productively.

Those issues will be settled in the coming four years, Armenian Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan said on Thursday. According to him, the current program is more complex as compared to previous ones.

“If previously judicial reforms referred exclusively to courts and judicial codes, currently they include also Criminal Code, Civil Code, Administrative Code and even legal education,” Tovmasyan claimed adding the program will remove bureaucratic headaches.
