YEREVAN. – The environmental experts’ working group of Iran is scheduled to visit Armenia from July 15 to 18.  

The objective of the visit is to discuss matters concerning water usage from the Arax River, conducting water quality and quantity monitoring, and founding the Transborder Peace Park, the Nature Protection Ministry press service informs.      

And at the Syunik Region, the Armenian-Iranian expert group will study the joint monitoring of the Protected Transborder Area and water resources, and, subsequently, it will continue its activities in the capital, Yerevan.
