DAMASCUS. – Syrian Armed Forces yielded from Damascus (political center) to Aleppo (economical center), representative of the Armenian community in Syria, Damascus resident Nazaret Elmadjian told Armenian News-NEWS.am via the phone.

As for the Armenians, Elmadjian said that they are not under the direct danger so far. Armenians support neither of the sides, cooperate and balance with all. At the end of the conversation, the Armenian community representative called the Armenian authorities to set up favorable conditions for the Syrian-Armenians to move to the homeland.
