YEREVAN. - Average density of dust was above the norms for 3.1 times in Yerevan in June, Armenian National Statistical Service reports quoting the Armenian Ministry of Nature Protection. 

Besides, nitrogen dioxide density was 2.6 times above the norms, while sulfur dioxide and nitrogen monoxide meet the norms. At the same time, the average density of dust in Armenia’s Gyumri was 1.9 times above the norms.

To note, the density is not checked in Armenia’s other cities, only cement dust density is checked in Ararat and Hrazdan cities, which overpasses the norm by 1.2 times in both cities.
