YEREVAN. – Armenia’s opposition People’s Party Chairman Tigran Karapetyan has no problem concerning a return to politics because he was always in politics, Karapetyan himself stated during a press conference on Friday.

At the same time he noted that he will not change his political course and will move forward with honesty and fairness.

Karapetyan also recalled that he had received 8,000 votes—and without a bribe—at the Electoral District No. 17.

“They presented it, to be more correct, since they either buy or present [votes] in Armenia. And if we count 8,000 votes in every electoral district, that’s not small,” Tigran Karapetyan added.

In his words, he was labeled many names, but they did not stick because “there is honesty, justice, charity.”

Also, Tigran Karapetyan announced that he will support the people and run in the 2013 presidential elections.
