The OSCE Mission will conduct a monitoring at the boundary between Armenia and Azerbaijan on Wednesday.

The monitoring will be held in the direction of Chinari village of Armenia’s Tavush Region and Tovuz Region of Azerbaijan.  

From the Armenian side of the border, the monitoring will be conducted by Christo Christov and Evgeny Sharov, Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.

From the Azerbaijani side of the boundary, the monitoring will be held by William Pryor and Irji Aberle, Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.

This time Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, will not participate in the monitoring.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire, at its boundaries with Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, more than 7,030 times in the first half of 2013. As a result of Azerbaijan’s breach of the truce, three Armenian military servicemen were killed and nine others were wounded. In addition, a civilian was wounded.
