Famous Turkish singer Tarkan violated his 6-year taboo-not to deliver interviews to a magazine. He will cover the December issue of ELLE magazine.

In its turn, ELLE broke with a tradition and as Tarkan will be the first male artist gracing the cover of the magazine.
