YEREVAN. – The Government of Armenia received close to 500 proposals, from the National Assembly’s standing committees and MPs, with respect to making changes in 2012 Draft State Budget, and 135 of them were approved either fully, or partially, Finance Minister Vache Gabrielyan stated during Thursday’s governmental session.  

But all proposals with reference to increasing revenues were rejected.

So, the Government will introduce for the Parliament’s approval the following 2012 Draft State Budget: revenues: 911.6 billion drams; expenditures: 1 trillion, 41.1 billion drams; and deficit: 132.5 billion drams. (US$ 1= AMD 381.80)
